Horrible, I've been using it for a little over a year, I've always had problems and it's become a routine to call support. Support responds quickly, the internet doesn't last 1 week. I really don't recommend it, I'm looking for another one to exchange.

Lately the service has been horrible, lots of drops, slow connection. Not to mention that it has become a routine every week and is causing problems. Today I don't recommend it and I'm thinking about changing it. In 3 years the quality has dropped significantly.

The rating is 1 because there is no way to give anything less, the service is rubbish, the service is even worse, the service hasn't worked for a week and the only responses are ready-made messages from the company's WhatsApp robot, for it to be bad it has to improve a lot

The internet is good when it's working, but when it has problems, it's complicated to resolve. The company must pay attention to technicians who schedule visits and do not keep to the schedule. I've been without internet for two days now, waiting for the technician to check the problem and nothing. I can't wait two days in a row, I have commitments that I have to fulfill. I hope the company resolves this soon.
